Enrollment and Fees
Classes and Fees: Please review our class schedule. Class prices are listed in the Enrollment Package and are for the entire session. Please note the Discount Packages that are available. Individual payment plans can be worked out if needed, however, we request that parents keep track of when payments are due and make sure that tuition is paid in a timely manner.
Class Placement: During the first week of class, instructors make sure that all students are in the proper class and suggest alternative classes if necessary. If you are unsure about which class to enroll your child, we suggest you choose a class that corresponds to your child’s age. You may also call or email us with your questions. All Level II students are highly encouraged to enroll in 2 classes per week. Admission into Level III classes is by invitation only.
Registration: To enroll, please download and carefully read the Enrollment Package as pertinent dates and instructions change from season to season. Then print and fill out necessary forms including the Liability Release Form and the Student Contact Information Form. Registration papers can either be mailed to P.O. Box 1009, Ferndale, 95536 or turned in to your child's instructor.
Scholarships: Scholarship applications should be turned in with other enrollment papers.
Absences: All absences must be cleared with the class instructor otherwise they will be considered unexcused. Students with 3 unexcused absences may be dismissed from the program. Simply not showing up to class is not acceptable. If a student is going to be absent, please notify us by leaving a message at 496-0805 or emailing us. Students are highly encouraged to make-up any missed classes by attending another class in their level. Make-up classes should be done within 2 weeks of a student being absent. Just call or email us to let us know when your child/teen will be attending a make-up class. Students are also responsible for learning any choreography they missed when absent. Level II and Level III students who are unable to dance but are not contagious are expected to attend class and observe.
Safety: Students are not permitted to wait outdoors for transportation. There is a waiting room adjacent to the dance studio for this purpose. Parents, please escort your children to and from the dance studio.
